We make web and mobile apps.
From big brands to mom and pop.
Check out our work, then go ahead and say hi or give us a call at 773-234-RUBY.
Members of the MPP website (which we also built) can use the mobile app to take photos and shoot video, then sell it to their fans. Written in 100% pure Objective-C - no shortcuts.
Shoppers Drug Mart Tree of Life
Atomic Promise helped Shoppers Drug Mart raise nearly $3,000,000 for women's organizations in Canada by pairing a custom-made donation backend with a beautiful, bright and interactive front-end experience.
Intel “Build Your Dream Cave” Facebook Game
We partnered with a front-end Flash developer to create this interactive Facebook game and contest for Intel. Players answer trivia questions and collect items to build their “Dream Cave” and earn a chance to win an Intel prize package.
Prospective PC buyers answer a series of questions about what kind of computer they need, and the Easy Guide matches them up with machines that suit their needs. On the backend, the Easy Guide pulls inventory listings from Staples, Best Buy and Future Shop to allow consumers to compare and contrast not only different PCs, but different stores as well.
Ontario Arts Foundation
The Ontario Arts Foundation wanted to update their aging website. We built them a clean, modern and fully content-managed site and e-commerce system that not only aided donations, but also served as a canvas to showcase their mission.
Oaklee's Family Guide
Oaklee's Guide came to Atomic Promise looking to improve the aging and messy code base that another agency left them stuck with. We pored over the code and turned the site around without the expense of a full re-build.
Aveda Earth Month “I Walk For Water” Campaign
Atomic Promise loves a good cause. That's why when Aveda approached us to create a marketing site for their “I Walk For Water” campaign, we were eager to help. We integrated with Cathexis Partners' fundraising API to provide a seamless experience for walkers and supporters alike.
PS [ Perna Siegrist ] Design
When you're a design studio, every pixel needs to be perfect. So when Debi Perna approached us about overhauling her studio's website, we knew that we had a tough job on our hands - but nothing we couldn't handle. We created a perfect front-end and functional backend for PSDesign to showcase their work, and manage it as well.
What we do, and how we do it.
Creating web and mobile apps is a craft. We don't believe in cutting corners or hacky solutions. Working with us has benefits over the big guys:
We won't strand you with ancient code. We deal exclusively with the latest and greatest technologies. This means that not only will your site or app be future-proof, but much easier to maintain without having to worry about obsoletism.
* That means Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, Coffeescript, node.js and, of course, git for source control.
No hoops. No bullshit. When you hire us, you have our complete attention.
Respect for standards.
When web and mobile standards are respected, everybody wins. It becomes far easier to make updates, which saves you time and money.
Our chief principle is that thoughtful, careful development saves everybody a lot of hassle. We know that you'd rather have things done right the first time. Whether you're building your site from scratch or you're a refugee from another agency, we'll see to it that your site is done right.
